Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you when your return is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
