How to Use

Prepare Your Skin
Cleanse and dry the treatment area thoroughly before use. Attach a new sterile cartridge to the device. -
Sterilize the Cartridge
Disinfect the cartridge before each use by soaking or spraying with at least 70% isopropyl alcohol, then allow it to air dry. -
Set Your Preferences
Adjust the needle depth (0.25–2.5 mm) and speed (levels 1 to 6) according to your skin type and treatment goals. -
Perform Treatment
Move the pen gently over the skin in a controlled manner, avoiding excessive pressure or repeated passes over the same area. -
Aftercare
Apply soothing and hydrating skincare products post-treatment. Dispose of the cartridge after a single use.

Shipping Address
Orders ship to the checkout address. Customers must provide accurate, complete details. Returns caused by wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before reshipment. If canceled, refunds are minus shipping (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee. Address changes are only possible before dispatch via your account.

Shipping Timeframes
Total time = processing (pick/pack) + carrier transit. Durations vary by destination and method; peak seasons or unforeseen events may delay delivery.

Handling Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

Calculated by weight, destination, and order value, shown at checkout. If shipping costs exceed the order value, Mesoglow may cancel the order or request additional payment.

International Shipping
Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Mesoglow isn’t liable for customs delays/costs. Refused/abandoned orders due to unpaid charges incur all return shipping costs.

Temperature-Controlled Products
Safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods is guaranteed only with Overnight shipping. For toxins and certain peels, express shipping is mandatory. These items ship Mon–Thu in insulated packaging with ice packs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday.
