How to Use

Clean & Prepare Skin: Cleanse and dry the treatment area thoroughly.

Disinfect Cartridge: Use at least 70% isopropyl alcohol to sterilize the cartridge before use.

Install Cartridge: Insert a sterile, single-use cartridge into the pen securely.

Set Preferences: Adjust needle depth and speed level on the smart display.

Begin Treatment: Gently move the device across the skin in smooth, sweeping motions. EMS and LED will activate automatically.

Post-Care: Apply a soothing serum or mask. Avoid harsh products for 24–48 hours.

Dispose & Store: Safely discard used cartridge and clean the pen before storing.

Shipping Address
Orders ship to the checkout address. Customers must provide accurate, complete details. Returns caused by wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before reshipment. If canceled, refunds are minus shipping (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee. Address changes are only possible before dispatch via your account.

Shipping Timeframes
Total time = processing (pick/pack) + carrier transit. Durations vary by destination and method; peak seasons or unforeseen events may delay delivery.

Handling Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

Calculated by weight, destination, and order value, shown at checkout. If shipping costs exceed the order value, Mesoglow may cancel the order or request additional payment.

International Shipping
Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Mesoglow isn’t liable for customs delays/costs. Refused/abandoned orders due to unpaid charges incur all return shipping costs.

Temperature-Controlled Products
Safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods is guaranteed only with Overnight shipping. For toxins and certain peels, express shipping is mandatory. These items ship Mon–Thu in insulated packaging with ice packs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday.
