How to Use

Sterilize your cartridge using 70%+ isopropyl alcohol before use.

Insert cartridge securely into the device using the rotary lock mechanism.

Adjust needle depth based on the treatment area (e.g. shallow for under-eyes, deeper for scars).

Turn on the device and choose your preferred speed.

Gently glide the pen across clean, dry skin in vertical, horizontal, and diagonal motions.

Shipping Address
Orders ship to the checkout address. Customers must provide accurate, complete details. Returns caused by wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before reshipment. If canceled, refunds are minus shipping (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee. Address changes are only possible before dispatch via your account.

Shipping Timeframes
Total time = processing (pick/pack) + carrier transit. Durations vary by destination and method; peak seasons or unforeseen events may delay delivery.

Handling Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

Temperature-Controlled Products
Safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods is guaranteed only with Overnight shipping. For toxins and certain peels, express shipping is mandatory. These items ship Mon–Thu in insulated packaging with ice packs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday.
