Mesoglow Shipping Policy

Key terms for delivery, handling, and responsibilities.

1. Shipping Address

   Orders ship to the checkout address. Customers must provide accurate, complete details. Returns caused by wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before reshipment. If canceled, refunds are minus shipping (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee. Address changes are only possible before dispatch via your account.

2. Shipping Timeframes

   Total time = processing (pick/pack) + carrier transit. Durations vary by destination and method; peak seasons or unforeseen events may delay delivery.

3. Handling Time

   Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

4. Shipping Methods

   Standard and expedited options are available; choose at checkout.

5. Shipping Costs

   Calculated by weight, destination, and order value, shown at checkout. If shipping costs exceed the order value, Mesoglow may cancel the order or request additional payment.

6. Tracking Information

   Tracking is emailed after shipment. Carrier updates can take up to 2 business days to appear.

7. Shipping Restrictions

   • Legal/regulatory limits
   • Incomplete/incorrect addresses
   • Payment issues
   • Force majeure events

   If an order cannot ship due to a restriction, refunds follow our standard policy.

8. International Shipping

   Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Mesoglow isn’t liable for customs delays/costs. Refused/abandoned orders due to unpaid charges incur all return shipping costs.

9. Temperature-Controlled Products

   Safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods is guaranteed only with Overnight shipping. For toxins and certain peels, express shipping is mandatory. These items ship Mon–Thu in insulated packaging with ice packs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday.

10. Backorders

    If items are out of stock, shipment typically occurs within 3–6 business days unless otherwise notified.

    • DHL (International)
    • UPS (Ground, Second Day, Next Day)
    • USPS

12. Lost Parcels & Damages

    Mesoglow is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. File claims directly with the carrier and retain packaging/products until resolved.

13. Package Insurance

    Route shipping protection is recommended to cover loss, theft, or damage.
