How to Use

Fill the cartridge with your preferred serum or skin booster.

Insert the soft plug into the bottom of the cartridge to prevent leakage.

Remove the needle cover and attach the cartridge to the Hydra Pen.

Secure the retaining ring and power on the device (press for 2–3 seconds).
-
Adjust needle depth, speed level, and liquid output as needed.

Glide the pen gently across the skin in a swiping motion.

After treatment, apply a soothing sheet mask or calming product.

Clean the device and discard the used cartridge.

Shipping Address
Orders ship to the checkout address. Customers must provide accurate, complete details. Returns caused by wrong/incomplete addresses or uncollected parcels require a new shipping payment before reshipment. If canceled, refunds are minus shipping (both ways) and a 15% restocking fee. Address changes are only possible before dispatch via your account.

Shipping Timeframes
Total time = processing (pick/pack) + carrier transit. Durations vary by destination and method; peak seasons or unforeseen events may delay delivery.

Handling Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day; after that, the next business day. Warehouse operates Monday–Friday, excluding national holidays.

Available to select countries. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and fees. Mesoglow isn’t liable for customs delays/costs. Refused/abandoned orders due to unpaid charges incur all return shipping costs.

Temperature-Controlled Products
Safe delivery of temperature-sensitive goods is guaranteed only with Overnight shipping. For toxins and certain peels, express shipping is mandatory. These items ship Mon–Thu in insulated packaging with ice packs. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Thursday or over the weekend ship Monday.
